Importancia de la implementación y divulgación de la Investigación en Humanidades en Salud / Importance of the implementation and dissemination of Humanities Research in Health

Las humanidades en salud y en particular sus enfoques críticos, son indispensables para fortalecer la investigación orientada a producir conocimiento respecto al estudio de los fenómenos relacionados con la salud, la enfermedad y la muerte desde sus dimensiones social, antropológica, histórica, ética y política. En este sentido, surge la necesidad de promover métodos de investigación a partir del planteamiento de preguntas sobre las experiencias de las personas que viven procesos de salud, enfermedad y muerte. Estas preguntas deben realizarse desde epistemologías interdisciplinarias que ayuden en la comprensión de dichas experiencias y a traducir el conocimiento derivado de la investigación en acciones centradas en las personas, con pertinencia social, cultural y ética. La intención es impulsar el diseño, implementación, evaluación y publicación de la Investigación de Humanidades en Salud, mediante el fortalecimiento de redes de investigación en salud interdisciplinar e interprofesional, con el propósito de fundamentar acciones efectivas en el marco del derecho de la población en la atención con equidad e inclusión. The humanities in health, and particularly their critical approaches, are indispensable for strengthening research aimed at producing knowledge regarding the study of phenomena related to health, illness, and death from their social, anthropological, historical, ethical, and political dimensions. In this sense, we need to promote research methods and pose questions about the experiences of individuals undergoing processes of health, illness, and death. These questions should be approached from interdisciplinary epistemologies that aid in the understanding of such experiences and in translating the knowledge derived from research into people-centered actions, with social, cultural, and ethical relevance. The intention is to drive the design, implementation, evaluation, and publication of Health Humanities Research by strengthening interdisciplinary and interprofessional health research networks, with the purpose of substantiating effective actions within the framework of the population's right to equitable and inclusive care. Siempre es tiempo de comenzar. ¿Es posible volver al inicio de la vida? / It is always time to start again. Is it possible coming back to the beginning of life?

El manifiesto de una postura entre el acuerdo o el desacuerdo, acerca de las ideas, pensamientos y formas como las otras personas ven el mundo que les rodea, que las hace vivir y experimentar la vida que viven, así como la han creado y quizá recreado a medida que pasa el tiempo, es una cuestión que debe respetarse. Establecer relaciones humanas en perspectiva, con la posibilidad de conocer algo, porque aún no se sabe lo que pueda acontecer, empezar con la apertura para observar, escuchar, quizá oler, tocar o degustar algo. Intentar abstraerse del mundo y recordar o regresar al imaginario del origen, de donde vengo, mis principios de vida y las razones de mi existencia en este mundo. Lo fundamental es confiar en mí y en lo que creo; de otra forma, no podría otorgar a las personas su derecho a expresarse de forma consciente o inconsciente.

Manifesting a stance between agreement or disagreement, concerning the ideas, thoughts and the ways people see the world they are surrounded by, that makes them live and experience the life they live, the way they have created it and probably recreated it as time goes by, is a question that must be respected. Establishing human relationships in perspective, with the possibility of knowing something, given that it is still unknown what may occur, starting with the opportunity to observe, listen to, probably smell, touch or taste something. Trying to get away from the world and remembering or going back to the primal imaginary, the place where I come from, the principles of my life and the reasons for my existence in the world. The fundamental is trusting in myself and in what I believe; otherwise, I would not give people their right to express consciously or unconsciously.

Correlación de necesidades paciente-enfermera con base en la metodología de Ramey / Correlation between patient's needs of health and nurse care with the Ramey's methodology

Introducción: existen métodos que analizan y evalúan las necesidades del paciente en función a su limitación física, factores emociona les y necesidades de enseñanza en salud, de esta forma se puede calcular el tiempo de atención directa e indirecta de enfermería que se requiere. Objetivo: correlacionar las necesidades de atención directa e indirecta del paciente con el tiempo que la enfermera emplea en esta atención. Metodología: a través de un estudio descriptivo se realizó la medición de la frecuencia y el tiempo de cada uno de los procedimientos y actividades relacionados con la atención directa e indirecta de enfermería, dicha información se registró en un instrumento diseñado exprofeso para tal fin. Para la tabulación y análisis de los datos se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS. Resultados: de un total de 16 pacientes se obtuvo la correlación de 2.01 horas de tiempo con un total de 17 procedimientos de atención directa de enfermería. Referente a la atención indirecta los puntos de correlación se localizaron en los tiempos de 2.40 y 4.28 horas. El tiempo total mínimo y máximo de atención directa e indirecta de enfermería en terapia intensiva fue de 3 y 12.37 horas respectivamente. Discusión: la aplicación de la metodología Ramey en este estudio fue útil para desarrollar el sistema de medición. Sin embargo resulto completa la implementación de los once pasos en un sólo momento tanto para la observación como para el análisis de los datos.

Introduction: there are strategies for analysis and evaluation the needs of patients with physical limitation, alteration in emotonial behavior and need of education to health in order to know how much time of direct and indirect atention have to spent the nurse. Objective: it was to correlating the needs of direct and indirect care by the patient and the time that nurse spends on his or her care. Methodology: ¡t was done a descriptive study ¡n order to measure frequency and time spent with every one of the procedures and activities relate with direct or indirect care. The analysis was made with software SPSS. Results: there were 16 patients with a measure of 2.01 hours for 17 procedures in nurse direct care. About indirect care the time spent was from 2.40 to 4.28 hours. At the intensive care the less and the longer time spent were 3.0 and 12.37 hours respectively. Discussion: the Ramey's methodology was useful to development a measure procedure. All eleven steps for the observation was applicated for analysis.
